Gift Wrap

During checkout, you will have the option to have your order gift wrapped and may include a personalized gift card message for an additional fee of $3.00.

Shipping

The shipping cost is automatically calculated by UPS during checkout.

Starfish Gifts offers FREE UPS Ground Shipping (Continental US Only) on all merchandise orders $50 and over (excluding taxes). For UPS Ground shipments totaling less than $50, there is a delivery charge of $5.50.

Return and Refund Policy

  1. Unopened items may be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days for a refund of the product purchase price. Please contact us for instructions prior to sending anything back. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number to write on the outside of your shipping box. Items sent to us without an RA number will be refused and returned to sender unopened.
  2. Opened or used products may not be returned.
  3. No returns or refunds after 30 days.
  4. Personalized items may not be cancelled or returned.
  5. Damaged or defective items will be repaired or replaced with an identical product. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of any damaged items and save the box and all packaging materials. We may arrange for the box and/or product to be picked up or inspected by UPS.
  6. If you refuse delivery of your order for any reason, or if your order is returned because of an incorrect address, you may request a refund for the product price less actual shipping charges once we receive the products back and only if they are in saleable condition. We are not responsible for any damage on refused or returned deliveries.
  7. Upon receipt of merchandise, payment in the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charge will be credited to your card or account. It usually takes 7-9 business days for your refund to be posted to your credit card.

Starfish Gifts respects your privacy. Starfish Gifts will never sell or give away any of your personal information such as your name, address, phone number or e-mail address. Sales Tax

6.75% Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipped to addresses within the State of North Carolina.
